NEBOSH IG Course Registration Form – Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
By completing and submitting the NEBOSH IG Course Registration Form, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for the course. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary qualifications, experience, and language proficiency to participate in the course.
Registration
Submission of the registration form does not guarantee enrolment in the NEBOSH IG course. Acceptance into the course is subject to availability and the discretion of High Industrial Technical Training Institute (ITTI).
Payment
The registration fee for the NEBOSH IG course is as stated in the registration form by High Industrial Technical Training Institute (ITTI). Payment of the registration fee is required in full to secure your place in the course. Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of your registration.
Course Materials
Course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, study guides, and online resources, provided as part of the NEBOSH IG course are for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Attendance and Participation
Regular attendance and active participation in all scheduled sessions, including lectures, tutorials, practical exercises, and assessments, are expected throughout the NEBOSH IG course. Failure to meet attendance and participation requirements may result in disqualification from the course and exam and may affect your eligibility for certification.
Learner Complaint Policy
ITTI will ensure that learner complaints are heard and properly tracked through a uniform process outlined in our Student Complaint Policy.
Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to provide a method for prompt and equitable settlement of student-initiated complaints in which no other forum is available. This tracking process will be used to monitor and improve customer service for students.
Procedures: A learner may obtain a copy of the Learner Complaint Form from the Institute Administration Department or may email the official ITTI email address to request assistance.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct during the NEBOSH IG course. Any form of disruptive behavior, plagiarism, cheating, or violation of ethical standards may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the course and reporting to NEBOSH.
Certification
Successful completion of the NEBOSH IG course is subject to meeting the assessment criteria and passing the required examinations or assessments as set by NEBOSH. The awarding of certification is at the sole discretion of NEBOSH.
Data Protection
By submitting the registration form, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your personal information will be used for course administration purposes and may be shared with NEBOSH.
Amendments
ITTI reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule or any other aspect of the NEBOSH IG course. Any amendments will be communicated to registered participants in a timely manner.
Virtual Class Policy
- You must remain on camera with a microphone throughout the duration of the class.
- ABSOLUTELY NO DRIVING while attending class. You will be removed immediately and rescheduled for the next available class. No exceptions.
- No smartphones allowed. You must use a desktop or laptop device.
- Please arrange your schedule according to class times.
- Entry into our virtual classroom constitutes your agreement to follow all Zoom attendance terms.
ZOOM Invitation Guidelines
- Please enter your legal name as it appears on your government-issued photo ID when accessing Zoom.
- To successfully complete this course and obtain approval for NEBOSH examinations, each learner must attend the full live training class on camera, participate verbally to the satisfaction of the instructor, have stable internet and working audio/video, remain visible (except designated breaks), and agree to video recording during sessions.
- Late arrivals may not be admitted or may not receive completion certificates.
- Dress code, attendance, and professional behavior must be maintained.
- No smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption during class.
Virtual Classroom Rules
- Mute microphone when not speaking.
- Use “Chat” or “Raise Hand” feature for questions.
- Remain engaged and minimize distractions.
- No internet browsing unrelated to class.
- No phone calls, texting, or background interruptions.
- Must attend from an appropriate learning environment.
- Respect fellow learners and instructor.
- Offensive language or behavior is strictly prohibited.
- ITTI reserves the right to remove any trainee who fails to adhere to virtual classroom rules.

Examination Guidelines
Open Book Examination (OBE) Registration
- NEBOSH will send: confirmation email with learner number, username and password for online platform. Check spam folders if not received.
- On examination day, NEBOSH Customer Experience Team will be available via: Email: obe@nebosh.org.uk, Live chat: www.nebosh.org.uk
Closing Interviews
- Although interviews are not assessed, NEBOSH will not publish results if you do not attend.
- During the interview you must show valid identification, show your room to confirm you are alone, and answer examination-related questions.
- NEBOSH silently observes selected interviews and reviews records to detect malpractice.
NEBOSH Plagiarism and Collusion Policy
- NEBOSH maintains a strict malpractice policy to ensure fairness.
- During open book examinations: you must not collude, all submitted work must be your own, you must agree to an “Own Work Statement”.
- NEBOSH uses trained examiners, Ethical Practice Team, plagiarism detection software, and closing interviews.
- Suspected malpractice may be reported to: postassessment@nebosh.org.uk
Course Cancellation & Training Fee Refund Policy
Course places are confirmed only upon full payment.
Cancellation Policy
- 3 weeks before course start – 100% refund
- 2 weeks before start – 70% refund (minus administrative & registration fees)
- 1 week before start – 50% refund (minus administrative & registration fees)
- Up to 2 full business days before start – 30% refund (minus administrative & registration fees)
Learners must carefully consider personal obligations before registering.

Before Examination Closing Date
- 100% refund of examination registration fee if withdrawn before closing date.
After Examination Closing Date
- 70% refund of examination registration fee if withdrawn within timeframe specified by ITTI refund policy.
